"we just made a mistake" - The President of Chile

well, I tried to keep my blog clean of shity political stuff, just because some closed minded people that will flame my pretty blog... anyway, I'll take the risk.

note for foreigners: in Chile abort is a crime, and the "pildore of the day after" is forbiden to everyone exept to the women that have been violated, and that's in the law.
yesterday, the health sub secretary said that the pildore of the day after were going to be distributed to any women that wanted at all the public health centers (postas), today he got fired and the health minister declarated that there's no such a thing like a proyect even to do that... but...
all Postas recieved the order to do it so...
I think that the goverment were going to do that, and even yesterday, but that they wanted to do it without much atention, that's why the sub secretary got fired, and they wouldn't look as the bad guys... yeah sure, but that trick doesn't works for me, I always doubt about if they're doing the right thing.
and, when everything finished, the president of the replublic, responsible of all his ministres said something that could be traducted as "ups, I think we made a mistake"... I mean... how can a president say that!??

actually I don't think itwas a real risk, because I just do not imagine that somebody think that this isn't embarrasing and... well that the goverment wasn't doing the things inside its own law.
